MP Bodi brother-in-law killed in yaba traders infighting in Cox Bazar
Abdur Rahman Badi's Bai Akter Kamal (41) was killed in 'gunfight' between two groups of drug dealers in Ramu in Cox's Bazar.
Police said Kamal was present in the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Yaba trader list. He has five cases against Teknaf Police Station.
Ramu Police Station Officer-in-Charge Liaquat Ali Shikder said that a gunfight took place in the number two bridge area of Khinipalang in the upazila.
The deceased Kamal MP was the elder sister of Shamsunahar of Bardi and member of Ward Ward of Sabarang Union of Teknaf.
OC Liaquat Ali Sikder said that the incident took place during the yaba trading in the gun battle. After getting the news, police found Kamal's dead body on the spot.
He said that three thousand pieces of Yaba, domestic made LG and four round cartridge were recovered from the spot.
