Salman's death: The doctor and the dummy are allowed to interrogate
The mystery about the death of the actor Salman Shah is not going to end. The court granted permission to interrogate the body of Salman Shah's body and doctor.
Due to the permission of the court, the then doctor (Salman's autopsy) of Haider Ali Plabo Medical and Duma Ramesh Chandra of Dhaka Medical College Hospital will now be interrogated.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Devbrat Biswas passed the order on Thursday (April 26th) in response to the investigation officer's case.
On the same date, on August 20, the court has fixed the date for submitting the case.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder fixed the date for submitting the report as the investigation agency did not submit the report of the PBI (Bureau of Investigation). Earlier, on December 7, 2016, the court directed the PBI to recapitulate.
Chaudhury Mohammad Shahriar Imon alias Salman Shah died on September 6, 1996. At that time, his father Kamaruddin Ahmed Chowdhury filed a case against him for abortion.
On July 24, 1997, the boy was murdered - he complained to the court about the conversion to the murder case. The court ordered the CID to investigate the incident of the murder case in the case of murder.
CID filed a final report on November 3, 1997, after investigating the case of Salman Shah's death.
In the final report, Salman Shah's death was referred to as 'suicide'. The final report was received in the CMM Court of Dhaka on 25 November. Her father, Kamaruddin Ahmed Chowdhury, filed a revision suit by rejecting CID's report.
Court sent a case to the judicial inquiry on May 19, 2003. After that, the case was in a judicial investigation for nearly 12 years.
Metropolitan Magistrate Imdadul Haque submitted a report on the judicial inquiry to the CMM Court Judge of Bikash Kumar Saha on August 3, 2014. The report mentions Salman Shah's death as 'death'.
On December 21, 2014, Salman Shah's mother Neelu Chowdhury rejected the judicial inquiry report on the death of the son and rejected the investigation report.
On February 10, 2015, Neelu Chowdhury filed a petition in the Court of Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Jahangir Hossain for the judicial inquiry report.
It is mentioned in the disgrace that, 11 Aziz Mohammed Vaias may be involved in the killing of his son Salman Shah. The court granted the application to the Rapid Action Battalion granting an investigation.
Regarding the order to investigate RAB in the case, the state has filed a revision in the Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court on April 19, 2015.
Last year, on 21 August, Judge of Special Judge-6 of Dhaka, Imrul Kayes granted the state-run revision and ordered RAB to not be able to investigate the case further.
