The world is going to start on Jan 13, the first phase of Ijtema. All preparations are going on in front of Ijtema.

Already, half of the work has been done, said Ijtema, who is in charge of supervising the preparatory work, Gurubi Gias Uddin.
He said work is being done to complete all the preparations of the ground before the start of the first phase of Ijtema.

 Already 50 percent of the work is done. On the basis of voluntary action of each year, religious students from different professions, including students of school-college-madrasa, are preparing preparatory work at the Ijtema field.

The first episode of the World ijtema episode of the two episodes begins on January 13 and ends with akhir munajat on January 15th. After the four-day interval, the second phase will begin on January 20, ending on January 22.

The districts that are participating in the first phase of the Ijtema are: Gazipur, Manikganj, Tangail, Mymensingh, Kishoreganj, Munshiganj, Gopalganj, Rajbari, Shariatpur, Syedpur, Rangpur, Lalmonirhat, Dinajpur, Joypurhat, Naogaon, Chapainawabganj, Pabna, Kushtia, Meherpur, Jessore, Bagerhat , Cox's Bazar, Bandarban, Rangamati, Khagrachari, Noakhali, Chandpur, Brahmanbaria, Habiganj, Moulvibazar, Barisal and Satkhira.

Regular world Ijtema is being held since 1967. In 1996, Ijtema was held twice in the same year. World Ijtema is being organized in two phases since 2011 due to devotion of devout devotees due to less space.
